BeMoreCaring Online Fundraiser

Welcome to the Be More Caring Online Apparel Fundraiser. The store will be open from Tuesday 5/31 – Tuesday 6/7 Orders will ship 14 business days from store closing, 6/27. Josh Handscuch founded BeMoreCaring in late 2015, while driving Uber as a part time job. Seeing people lying on the sidewalks with nothing to protect them and keep them warm, Josh had an idea. He couldn’t just keep passing people on the street without doing anything. So he gathered up some friends to help him collect winter essentials and pass them out. He was overwhelmed with his friend’s response and willingness to help, so he made a Facebook page to get the word out about our community. Fast forward to 2016, we are now 20 something volunteers strong. We walk the streets of Baltimore every Tuesday night and pass out necessities to people who are often rejected by society. We talk to them, comfort them in their time of need and form relationships that are priceless. Sometimes our friends have a mental illness and can’t find a stable environment. Occasionally families fall on hard times and need a little help. However, thanks to our amazing group of volunteers and generous donors we are able to make a change in the community. We strive to make a world altering difference and BeMoreCaring won’t stop until we do just that. Our t-shirts are a way to help with this change; a portion of the proceeds goes directly to BeMoreCaring and will change our friend’s lives in Baltimore.
